FRUXI FRESH is a 100% fruit (veggie) cold-pressed preservative free juice, does not contain artificial colorants, with no added water or sugars.

Just all-natural ingredients that offer a full serving of fruit and a minimum of daily-recommended allowance of vitamins. Essential for healthy lifestyle and strengthening of natural immunity. Suitable for kids and for adults as well.

Some interesting facts: we use around 16 apples to produce 1 litre of 100% FRUXI FRESH juice, or 7 oranges, 15 pears, 4 grapefruits, 9 beetroots, 20 carrots or 50 plums.

Hygiene rules distinguish natural colorants and those prepared by chemical processes (synthetic dyes/colours). Terms of their use are defined in the Food codex - that determines e.g. condition under which soft drinks should preferably contain natural colorants or nature-identical colorants, but this have to be stated on the consumer packaging in product composition. From the group of natural colorants are used mainly carotenoids E160a (yellow, orange), curcumin and flavonoids (yellow), E163 antocyanes (blue, red, purple), chlorophylls E140 (green), caramel E150 and other.

There is an effort to prevent the use of synthetic dyes to the minimal necessary amount based on the studies and research. It is important to be aware of their hygienic-toxicological effects on the organism, they must not affect the organoleptic properties of food (taste and smell), they have to be safe.

The allowed synthetic dyes are as follows: E102 tartrazine (lemon yellow), green with E142 (green), carmoisine E122 (blue-red), erythrosine E127 (red), black E151 (black) and other.

However, colorants used as food additives have different dangerous effects on human health - can cause various allergic reactions, hyperactivity of children, can act as carcinogens, cause asthma, behavioral disorders, etc.

Therefore, the production of 100% juice FRUXI FRESH does not contain even natural colorants and each product retains its original natural color. This sometimes causes that two same flavors seem colored differently, that of course does not downgrade the quality of product.

NOT from concentrate. With this sentence on the packaging of drinks we come across more often than we used to.

But how is concentrate made? Firstly, by pressing out the juice from whole fruits/vegetables. Secondly, removing the pulp and thus removing a significant amount of enzymes and nutrients. Then, everything boils at 110°C, however, together with harmful microorganisms even most of the vitamins get destroyed. Concentrate is made by evaporation of water to one-fifth of juice´s original volume, gets colored and seasoned according to different recipes. Following, the concentrate gets to the drink manufacturers who adjust it as necessary, again by diluting with water (to add the same amount of water that was previously evaporated), adding sugar, artificial vitamins, minerals and granules, which resemble the pieces of fruit floating on the surface.

Production of 100% FRUXI FRESH juice is far from such production process and the secret of its quality and taste is hidden in several steps starting with a careful selection of fruits and vegetables, thorough washing and mashing, cold-pressing, pasteurization and bottling of 100% juice under strict hygienic conditions.
